• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and pricing of products are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of our site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Custom Ink Formulation: Custom ink orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
• Printer Maintenance and Repair: Our repair services are subject to an assessment fee, which may be waived upon proceeding with the repair. We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for repairs.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices for products and services are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges will be added to the total price. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order to that method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Once an order is placed, we will make every effort to ship products in a timely manner. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Print Gen Soft is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Print Gen Soft pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• International Shipping: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows for returns of most unused and unopened products within a specified period from the date of purchase, provided they are accompanied by a valid receipt. Custom-formulated inks and certain printer parts may be exempt from our standard return policy. Workshop materials and digital educational content are typically non-refundable.
